🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the consumable and sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges — except in the specific cases listed below.

Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Dissatisfaction with flavor or effects
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Please double-check your cart and shipping details before completing your order.

🔧 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we’re here to help.

To file a claim:

  • Contact support@ohmboyzhydroxy.com within 3 business days of delivery
  • Include:
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label
    • Lot number (if available)

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • In approved cases, a refund

✅ REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be issued under the following limited circumstances:

  • We’re unable to fulfill your order due to inventory or shipping restrictions
  • You were charged, but the order was never shipped due to an internal error
  • A damaged or incorrect item was reviewed and approved for refund

All approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is requested and approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded
